Apparently you only move up in the queue if someone hangs up beforehand. It took me 15 minutes to get from position 12 to position 4. It took another 12 minutes to get from position 4 to position 1. Done immediately, there is great joy! However, this is a complete misjudgment. After a full 25 minutes in the first waiting position, I hung up for scheduling reasons. Incredible that there is such a thing. That is utter cheek. The supervisor should bring up the number of calls processed in order to assess whether work is being done at all. It seems to the caller that there is no work here! Perhaps the public service should also review and replace its staff! As I said, an absolute cheek!

Lazy pack! Nobody answers the phone, nobody answers emails. Everyone has resumed their job and work - but they still seem to take advantage of it !!!
