After I put my 11-year-old daughter on the train in Berlin today to take her to Karlsruhe, the following happened to me. We lost contact with her after about 2 hours and the location of her phone indicated something strange. We were very scared and called the train so that they might ask if everything was ok. The railroad was of course not interested and referred me to the federal police. You in Berlin and Mannheim really reacted exemplary! I never thought that you would go to Zug and look for the right one. Fortunately, everything was ok and our daughter just had partly no reception and partly the phone on silent, but the shock was huge. For the fact that you have not brushed us off and reacted in an exemplary manner. we would like to thank you very much.
