Positive: Some of the few HypoVereinsbank branches in Hamburg. Nice modern and elegant building. Many SB terminals therefore hardly wait at the terminals and appropriate privacy. Negative: At the counter sit 2 to a maximum of 3 employees and the discretion is equal to zero. You involuntarily hear everything that the bystanders say and of course what you say yourself. Due to the branch dying at the HypoVereinsbank there is now no own customer advisor. Employees in the remaining branches often give incorrect answers or references to the hotline, which now acts as a customer advisor or customer service. This is now but completely INCOMPETENT! Therefore, the day before yesterday I terminated my account after 12 years! In summary: Branch at Graskeller still the best in Hamburg 3 stars ... HypoVereinsbank total 1 star.

Very indiscreet bank, the employee has repeatedly shouted my account balance and account information through the room, although I advised you to refrain from doing so. Incident on 29.11.2019 at 15:50. At the time there were about 6 customers and 3 MA present

Really a very friendly managed by the staff branch! They take time to explain, are helpful and very patient. I would recommend this branch at any time!

Ladies are nice, but not omniscient. SB Zone 6 and only open until 10pm, which is very poor for a City branch. Where can I get money? Nearest Commerzbank Automat near Mö or Reeperbahn.

Very good branch with very very nice ladies. Especially as HVB offers a very high level of customer service. And very good opening hours.
