Clasen Bestattungen

Now that our father has been buried by another funeral home and I've been thinking for a long time to write anything here, my husband and I decided to do it. When my dad died we were all pretty upset. I then called Clasen Burials at the company to get an appointment for a call. The gentleman on the phone then said that he is on the phone and calling me back. After more than an hour I called again. I then received the answer in a commanding tone: "I told you that I called you back." The imperious tone of the young man did not change. An appointment would only make sense if we had the papers together. Furthermore, the employee pointed out in one breath that you would get the documents at the office faster if you then go to the registry office. After hanging up, we decided to go with another company. Dealing with us as a customer was the last thing ..

My husband and I have had a very positive experience with Clasen. We were absolutely helpless with the situation, not to say completely overwhelmed. The caring staff has caught us so nice and friendly that with his help and well-considered suggestions we were able to make a very affectionate and close farewell to my brother. We are grateful for the speedy and efficient handling of official affairs and for the dignified farewell of my brother. My husband and I can highly recommend the company Clasen.

Personally, I can not agree with Fr. Martens. When my mother died, we were all pretty wind blown. The employees of Clasen caught us during this difficult time and helped us a lot. We always had the feeling that we were treated not as "customers", but as people who have lost a close person. We were always given the feeling that our individual wishes were received.
