Have used this service, because my KV has increased the contributions horrendously. Positive: they actually negotiated € 300 less per month. Negative: payment and data protection. The 3000 € I wanted to pay as advertised on the homepage in 10 installments. A few days before the first one fell due, an unfriendly Mr. von Widge called and demanded his money. Was probably the internal debt collection or a staff member on probationary, who wanted to quickly recover sales. When I told him that I will pay in installments as advertised, he claimed that this possibility does not exist. Then I paid my installments, canceled the relationship, and had my data deleted from Widge. Did they confirm me too? But still call every 1-2 years because I'm an existing customer. So she lied when she claimed to have deleted my data. Incidentally, my next tariff change, a lawyer for 300 ¬ done. TL; DR: Works, but is too expensive. Rough-legged debt collection before the deadline and illegal handling of customer data.
