So far I have only had contact by phone or email. My questions were dealt with and answered patiently, friendly and competently. I feel that I am in very good hands with VHV and I am glad that I have chosen this insurance. Thank you, dear VHV

Claims processing takes months, there is no answer to queries about the status and you are only referred to employees "who are currently not in the company"

If a hotline is offered, it should also be busy. It is not taken off.

No contact person for the hotline.

No one can reach the hotline ... they are totally overburdened again. Good to know beforehand what happens if you are insured and have damage and no one answers the phone.
