VERY TERRIBLE !!! Absolutely incompetent and unfriendly staff. When we bought a product, we were assured that the product could be exchanged. A day later, that didn't work with the same saleswoman and we were told that we could sell it on EBAY. Absolutely not to be recommended, apart from the high fuel prices

The car wash is no good. Bought expensive laundry but car still not really clean. Staff was also cheeky on my complaint. I then bought two more rolls. Used dry and thin. Gas station not recommended at all.

Every two days felt, as a Postbank customer no money withdrawal. The system should be renewed / improved.

At first I thought I was with a hidden camera, but they are serious. I was in the car wash today with a Ford Transit. The lady at the till asked me, "What kind of car do you have?" I pointed to the transit that was right outside the door. "Transporter costs extra" was my answer. No problem, transporter basic linen for just under € 11. The car wash also started washing the van, but stopped at the rear edge of the roof and brushed forward again. The transport was clean on the front and side, but the rear was totally dirty! I complained about this at the cash register and got the answer: "Then your transporter is too long for our car wash" Are you crazy? Take extra charge for transport laundry and then do not wash completely?!? I asked for my money back or a clean car. I got back 2 €. That's what I call rip-off customers.

It is very very sad how employees are on it and then they are standing outside smoking with 5 people, picture taken and because of that we will get curfew what is wrong with you, then they are not allowed to give out any more food but make it bad it is that they didn't understand anything
