Unfortunately, my experience with filing the income tax return today was mixed. At the reception I was treated brusquely, but after a very short waiting time I was welcomed by a gentleman. My 2 questions were answered competently and the tax law background to the questions asked was explained, understandable for laypeople. If the reception were a little friendlier and more customer-oriented, it would get full marks. -Reception + Waiting time (due to Corona?!?) + Tax officer / clerk

My tax return was sacked. Just not findable. All documents are gone. Service of the employee on the phone was very polite. She made an effort to find the documents. But unsuccessful.

Is there still a vacancy for you? Do I need a vacation? The duration of the external audit (3 years) and the processing of objections is now nothing. After the motto I'm a civil servant so no hassle it could exhale work in progress. The star is already too much.
