Very friendly and competent processing. Sure you have to pay taxes, but we don't want Greek conditions either, do we?

I have rarely had such an unfriendly, already on pampigating telephone conversation. I would have the impression that a person there does not really want to work in the telephone customer contract and then should not. Said person has absolutely lost in the tone. The choice of words was not helpful. Unfortunately one is dependent as a dog owner on the cooperation.

Our questions and requests were answered quickly and competently.

How can you actually forgive "minus stars" here? I mean an authority is not just one person, but if Mrs. A. N. is just too stupid to read simple emails or to answer, one can assume that the "colleagues" or employees are just so stupid, right?
