they make a lot of noise but the conclusion will always be the same, In Germany it is clear that there is no right to data and that it will not be enforced. I encourage everyone not to give up and to report it to the EU. Certianly as a foreigner you have even less rights. These people can always be bought off influenced and then they just block our emails and they know if you take it further the same will happen whch is why it must be taken to the EU. The idea of silence and not being allowed to exercise ones rights is a very scary progression in Germany. It is all a lot of hot air but the fact is that there are no rights for anyone.Having requested my file from an agency system straub haushaltpersonnel, they failed to provide me a copy of my entire file and it is clear that the investigator has had pressure put on him to decide that it had which is just plain stupid as it is evident from what was sent and requested that IT HAS NOT. it seems that Germany thinks they do not have to comply with EU law . If they do not want to comply then they should leave the EU. this office is UNFIT FOR PURPOSE.Mr jens Ansbrock ofcourse said in a case relating to a person I know, they had complied as if they had, then I would have the evidence that everything that this agency have said and done is a lie and that they have deliberately witheld documents that would provide indisputable evidence in an employemt case, for breach of contract involving this agency and Mr Sebastian Lüder and Mrs Arnold of Hidelsheim.what is really astounding is that the investigation was sloppy. no reference to statute law, no proper document written on a letterhead. Just incredibly messy and totally unprofessional. I wonder how much he gets paid for this job at the taxpayers expense.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other opinions. Unprofessional and more than slow. Only the federal data protection officer is worse. It is typical that there is neither a higher authority nor the possibility to complain about the (non) work. So it is completely independently protected from data (and work), whether that is in the interests of the citizens?

More than a year ago I made a complaint about a Hamburg bank here. So far, I have only received very poor advice when asked. My last request was almost 2 weeks ago - so far no answer. This agency appears to be a toothless tiger. One star is still too much!

Hello, Unfortunately, a star is still too much. The agency works at the speed of a snail, and despite having a professor and doctors, I believe that it has very little legal knowledge and does not seem to be interested in the data industry.

Data Protection Authority, which completely ignores consumer protection and uses all means to protect companies that violate consumer protection, GIV, DSGVO. That can cut off the lobbyists of other authorities a slice. It would be nice to know which beautiful evenings in which restaurants have previously led to such a strong list for the companies at the Data Protection Authority. Laziness is on top!
