I can not say anything about the veterinary care. I had considered going there with my cat. I used to go there once to buy high calorie food. I was served rude and listless. The food that wanted to buy was not kept in the feed shop. No problem, but only on explicit demand I was offered an alternative. No hint from advice. We then changed our mind about the change.
