My brother's UK Passport was stolen whilst we was in Hamburg, the officer on the desk helped us twice last week (on the Saturday and on the Sunday). Officer Groth was extremely helpful, lots more helpful than the British Consulate, Ryan Air, or the below average A&O Hostel's staff that we stayed with! 👍👏👮‍♂️ Best regards, your friends from Sheffield, UK.
