The motto here is: (telephone) private calls BEFORE citizens' concerns and business matters !!! I took the nerve to enter the area while there was obviously "more important" to do. The officer just put the telephone handset aside for a quick turnaround. When I was taking more than a minute of their time and threatened to become more detailed because they were neither interested in the facts in the required manner nor did they do any research that would have been necessary in this case (because they continued the telephone conversation and not wanted to move to a later date!), I was referred to the guard with the words, "Then you can go now". . . "The police, your friend and helper" is just as long a thing of the past as the motto of business / trade "The customer is king" !!!
