Super dear police officers! I was there to file a complaint about theft and you were very attentive and listened to me and took the time. The gentleman who took my complaint was very friendly and so were his colleagues. Thanks to you, everything turned out fine and I am very grateful to you!

My car was broken into, PK14 was able to help quickly and unbureaucratically, thank you very much! Unfortunately, the very good work of the police was destroyed again by the Hamburg courts: Despite the damage of almost 45,000 euros, the proceedings were discontinued because the perpetrators, despite photos and witnesses, could not clearly prove the crime. Respect to the police, who are still doing their job despite the almost useless Hamburg dishes.

We have just reported property damage to our vehicle. The officer who handled the process was competent, friendly and helpful. Before he even took the complaint, he informed the patrol cars driving around the affected area to keep an eye out for rampaging criminals, which made us feel that something was actually being done. While the ad was being shot, we talked to the officer and were delighted with his honest willingness to help. We entered the station with deep concern about the conditions in this city and left with the feeling of certainty that there are really great police officers who want to protect us citizens.

Super effort yesterday evening from the PK14 in Rotherbaum. 2 bicycle thieves were caught red-handed by civil investigators and led away. Many thanks.

A complaint was made due to the hit and run. The on-site officer immediately found the vehicle. Days later I was informed that the accident opposite could not be found !!! Weird officials really rude, aggressive and rude.
