We missed someone from our family today. Kommissariat 33 could be reached by phone and I had a personal contact who also told me very clearly when he was doing what ... Finally I received a call that the missing person was picked up by the patrol car in the north of Hamburg. Without the police, without the police station, I would have been completely helpless and something bad might have happened to the missing person. Thank you again also in this way!

Little willingness to help. Was physically attacked by an unknown craftsman in a shop and the guard put me off, I can certainly wait a long time in sub-zero temperatures until a patrol car comes because I would not have suffered any injury .... No real help

Today hundreds of bicycles disregarded a red light, they were escorted by the police. Can this be? Masks were also not worn, but not even helmets much worse 😄 Every driver would have had to hand over the rag !!

One hears a lot of negative things about police work in general, although positive aspects are usually never mentioned. I actually find that extremely sad. My girlfriend and I were treated very nicely and courteously when I filed a complaint and I actually had the privilege that my cell phone was found ^^ I am happy to meet super nice and helpful officials with such negative comments in the media!
