Very uncomfortable when dealing with citizens. After the unbelievable behavior of a clerk, I filed a complaint to have her communication behavior and professional competence checked. Little citizen orientation from your boss either. Further legal steps are planned.

The police headquarters 🚔 is not only a high-security wing, but also represents a mystery for the inexperienced visitor. From whom you have to protect yourself so massively ⛔ is just as little clear as what is going to be done here and whether what is being done happening here in secret, will help in some way. The visitor is smiled at nicely, is left in the dark at best, and can only trust that everything will be useful & will go its fair way. 🤔 It is interesting to visit this (in the truest sense of the word) mysterious authority, as well as the architecturally slightly strange building, gaining knowledge, or the feeling of having received information & help, should hardly occur, however, because transparency and proximity to the citizens are in the police headquarters 👮‍♂️ Foreign words. The memorial on the ground floor is absolutely noteworthy.
