A friendly togetherness looks different. I absolutely do not expect to be thanked when I report a found item. The control center says they are sending someone and two officers come and tell me what to do with it or, as in another case, tell me that I have now committed theft, because I am keeping a bike at home (as requested by the control center) would have. I now had to deal with the officers working there on the phone and on site more often and can say that I was treated very politely and satisfactorily without exception.
