There are certainly many different motives why you go to Patrizia. I describe the perspective of an applicant. First, I was kindly received. I was offered something to drink. Toilet was moderate. The conference room, each designated by cities, was very well equipped. Everything was ready, what is needed. The actual conversation: Announced were two interlocutors of Patrizia. First came the Personalerin, only on call my would-supervisor. Already at the beginning of the Personalerin has shot against me. In practice, I have said everything wrong in your eyes. The boss would tell me what Patrizia is doing. I could go into that more deeply, but then the review becomes a novel. In a nutshell: Right from the start I had the impression that they do not want to have a constructive conversation, but find reasons to throw me out of the application process.
