IQOS Store Hamburg

Horrible staff . I went there as my iqos was faulty to be kicked out of the store due to not having an id on me . I’m a 38 year old to be asked for an ID. Or else no one talk to me . I think this is not right . It’s good to ask for id when your looks challenge 25 but not anything else . Will not recommend this place at all

Right place if you have troubles with your IQOS

This is one the worst experiences I’ve ever had in this shop today, I went there after talking to IQOS care to get my holder changed for an issue and to get it done faster, I went to the IQOS shop in Hamburg and at first they said the issue with the bad smell is normal and that they can’t change the holder even after the customer service on the phone told me that through IQOS care plus it could be done, after that I called the customer service again and they said if the shop won’t do it, we’ll send you a new one and just send us the old on..so all good...I still had an issue with my charger and they saw that it was malfunctioning and said that this they can exchange..I’m sitting here it’s been an hour the workers only care about the customers that are here to buy so new customers and don’t give a f*** about their already customers, the girl that was supposed to do me the exchange suddenly just left after she was supposed to do the exchange to talk to a customer that just entered the store to buy an IQOS and left me sitting till now and all the other workers are doing the exact same thing...if there was 0 stars I would give it..I’m still here haven’t gotten my exchange and i would never ever recommend this not even to an enemy of mine..the service here is below the lowest and in general I’m very disappointed with my choice to use this device and this service.
