Request for a rental apartment was processed quickly. Viewing appointment worked. It is a shame that you never find out the reason for the rejection in order to clear up any misunderstandings. In a personal conversation, it could at least be mentioned if a certain target group is looking for the apartment, so that you don't waste your time unnecessarily.
