15 years of loyalty are finally over! As a little boy (now in my mid-twenties) I lived through the time when the Edeka was still called "Edeka Dormeier". But now I'm just disappointed and angry! The offer of the store is okay for the space available. There is nothing to complain about the cleanliness, rather, it is the way individual employees deal with customers that has finally broken the barrel for a long time. First of all, all of the young employees were always friendly and accommodating to me! It is more likely that a few older employees are in a bad mood when you can tell from their facial expressions. - Neither a "good day / lunch / evening" to greet you at the checkout, you have to say "hello" or "moin" yourself to hear something from the seller. - When the empties were accepted at the warehouse, my yellow plastic bag was torn in front of my eyes and thrown into the trash can, although I wanted to use it for more empties. The older employee didn't seem to care that this is MY PROPERTY! - Some time later, with an old plastic bag that I use as an empties bag, the older employee only hands me over with his thumb and forefinger. In, in my opinion, "disgust" at the bag. NO OTHER EMPLOYEE HAS EVER DID THIS LIKE THIS! - When I accepted the lottery, again with the older employee, sometimes the change was thrown at me on the small counter instead of being placed in the designated bowl. These are just a few of the incidents that have happened to my Loyal customers in this store. If some employees have no motivation / desire to work, they should, in my opinion, perhaps look for another employment relationship in order not to scare off even more PAYING customers! In a conversation with a former employee, to whom I also pointed out these points, I then said without further ado: "It was the same with him from the start." For my part, as long as this employee works there, I have decided not to use the Edeka in Schellhorn anymore! The larger Edeka Schröder on Kieler Strasse in Preetz offers far more products and above all - friendly and respectful staff! The employees at Edeka Schröder seem to have been taught to be friendly, polite and courteous towards customers.

I have never experienced so much rudeness as the worst and most unfriendly in this shop are Ms. Schulz and a man where I don't know the name, little dark-haired with glasses for about 50 years. They can't answer questions. You notice the reluctance to work although no matter when you go shopping, nothing is going on, so I would say that these two people generally do not like to work. The mask requirement of the customers is respected but in almost every other business, a mask is also worn by the sellers, that has something to do with mutual respect, even the Edeka in Kieler Straße does it, but Ms. Scheich is the respect to the customer probably doesn't matter in general. Ms. Schulz is kind of unfriendly at the checkout, sorry but that doesn't belong there. And I would also like to complain that the baskets used are not wiped off and there are no disposable wipes available. I'm just glad that a bus now goes into town every half hour so that you only have to support this shop in an absolute emergency, I always hope that this shop will close soon, because in some things they are even more expensive than the big Edeka I also think that's cheeky. But luckily they themselves manage to ensure that it is only a matter of time before nobody goes shopping there anymore. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone
