A really great optician! I've always been to Fielmann before, but after my last pair of glasses gave up the ghost a few days after the warranty expired (the coating on the expensive lenses was starting to peel off) I wanted to try the shop around the corner. I haven't regretted the decision. I arrived there on Tuesday around 3 p.m., I was served immediately, and within 10 minutes they found the perfect frame for me. Then the eyes were measured. Today on Thursday morning I got the call that I can pick up the glasses. The glasses fit perfectly straight away, the lenses are perfect and the price for them was absolutely okay. In the future I will probably only buy my glasses here. I feel in good hands and also think it's nice to support a local company instead of a large chain.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this optician. Customer service left more than to be desired.
I asked for a short time to consider before making a final decision regarding an expensive model and the seller agreed.
When I came back after the weekend and wanted to order the model, I was told that my order was "canceled". When asked what that meant, the seller said that he was disappointed that I hadn't ordered the glasses immediately and that he didn't want to sell them to me anymore. He said I should buy glasses somewhere else.
Dubious behavior, for the fact that I was willing to pay a more expensive price at the dealer "on site" instead of ordering the same model cheaper online.

They were very friendly and I was quickly helped even though I was there with broken glasses;) Although the shop is not large, it has a good selection and also more unusual models.
For many years, I am very well advised by the team and feel completely competent care. I always like to come to Kessenich. Here you are served as a customer and feels well.
