I can say that you feel a little bit like visiting a friend, you are personally welcomed and kindly received. We are personally looked after by Maria and absolutely cannot complain - on the contrary! We switched to this agency last year, precisely because we were looking for a young, dynamic team that would keep up with the times. With the help of WhatsApp, the problems are quickly addressed and resolved. Questions are answered quickly, honest and competent advice is given and solutions to problems are found. The dealings are very personal and individual. Home visits are also not a problem. The flexibility is unique and therefore it was exactly the right decision that we changed the agency.
