Friendly staff, quick handling of the matter, whatever you have. Wheelchair accessible, great customer service, a free coffee machine and water are available, etc.

I've been with the AOK for the beginning of 27 years. I've always been satisfied so far, except once. Nevertheless, I would recommend this health insurance to everyone. The employees here in the Nordhäuser branch have always been friendly. They were always able to answer my questions or fill out applications for me that I had difficulties with without appearing stressed and annoyed. Even now at this "Corona time" with all the security measures, they are still very customer-friendly. The ambience is also very pleasant.
