Small, friendly bank branch in Ebersberg 😁. Staff very personable, competent, smiling, patient and helpful 👍😁👍. Always great advice 😁, everything can be done relatively quickly 😁, everything is well organized. The first room with ATM is accessible around the clock 👍😁👍. Very often problems with parking, only two parking spaces available .... I am thrilled and immediately gave me five strong stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ....

Poor service. Wanted to exchange my remaining American Express Traveler Checks that I bought from Hypobank (proof of purchase was available). The lady at the counter refused to accept it because I do not have an account with Hypobank and neither a transfer nor a cash payment is possible. I should go to my online bank or to the Postbank. In the meantime, Google has instructed me that only the travel bank is exchanging traveler checks. Is ok? But the information level of the hypobank counter and the tone with customers needs to be improved. Then prefer online banking.

Small, nice bank branch. The anteroom in which mainly the bank vending machines is convenient and clean. The bank is easily accessible and centrally located. The nice, quiet and always helpful staff make the Hypovereinsbank Ebersberg a little friendlier.
