My experiences are consistently positive. Both the first conversations with the employees and the management have moved me in my decision to buy a property here. During the planning and until handover, I was competently accompanied. Even after the transfer of the apartment I was always courteous helped appointments with craftsmen agreed, so that everything ran smoothly. Even after the warranty period has expired, the former contact persons are still happy to advise me. A team you can rely on honestly. I would always buy an apartment or a house here again. Good day, In 2014 we built a family home with the company K-Team. For this already a completely planned design was present including all trades. That means we have built turnkey. Since a whole building area was planned and built to such an extent, the individual support remained very much on the track. The specifications were extremely poor and with any wishes, which deviated from the planned standard, but was calculated quite wealthy. Since some things, such as paving, wanted to do it ourselves, we were credited sums, but unfortunately we have not recorded every little work in the notary contract. Now, of course, every work on the grounds is declared as the work of Pflasterer and of course we have taken this work from the services. Furthermore, very divergent credits were made in the construction area for exactly the same services. Unfortunately, one builds only once in a lifetime, so that one of the businessmen Krikor, who are very nice and competent, but is properly asked to pay, but the support is missing
