Very disappointing experience. The house is nice (except for some minor issues) but we were very unhappy with the agency. We booked the house for a family vacation (incl. grandparents and a baby) and they decided not to inform us that a festival at the lake would take place during our stay. One party tent was about 50m from the house which meant that it was impossible (!!!) to sleep before 3am. The festival ruined 3 out of 5 nights... after we complained they neither offered an alternative apartment nor reduced the price. I was told that I should have checked the events at Schliersee ahead of my booking. Well... as written above: highly disappointing.

I was there with friends (early to mid 20s) for a few days this summer and it was a nice time we spent there - thanks to the accommodation. The rooms are all very modern and nicely decorated. The upper floor has two bathrooms, which is very advantageous with a large group. The living room is very cozy thanks to the fireplace and the colors of the furniture and invites you to linger. The open kitchen has all the kitchen appliances the cook heart desires. A grill for nice barbecues was available, the house has a sauna and a large garden for outdoor games, but also a sports and fun room was on site. There you can pass the time with sports exercises or table football. The way to the lake was less than 5 minutes! All in one, a very nice and versatile holiday home. We will definitely come again. Thanks for this experience!
