As already stated in a previous review, this property management does not actually deserve a star, but you have to give it. Some of the staff are incompetent and impolite, just useless. The services of the property management are limited to sending useless letters with any references to the house rules, but if work is really required of the management, then nothing comes of it. There is absolutely no initiative or willingness to work, so the administration cannot be recommended in any way.

With administrator Mundel our WEG had the pleasure for a short time, then we separated from him. He is friendly, personable, that's all. Performance: ZERO. Because none of the maintenance measures he proposed was well thought out, things were said to be wrong, numbers and dimensions weren't right - and everything was extremely overpriced. A lot was completely unnecessary, money should be "thrown out of the window". Also, the household allowance statements were not correct, etc. The Mundel administration's performance was zero at all times. Eyewash - nothing else. The Mundel administration can only score where good faith owners have enough money to "pulverize" it and no one reviews the offers and cost estimates neutrally and objectively and advisory boards fail completely.

Didn't even deserve a star. Don't worry about anything, but you always get letters that no shoes are allowed in front of the apartment door, shoe cupboards suddenly have to be dismantled after 15 years etc. But when it comes to the important things like the heaters, the water and water damage in the basement it won't work taken care of it. Really top property management. You really wonder what they do all day. I really cannot recommend this property management.
