The owner apparently cannot answer emails, nor can she call back. In corona times, she orders approx. 15 interested parties for a collection appointment for an overpriced ruin. Then you stand in the sun on the street in a cluster and wait. Customer friendliness is different. Other brokers
take time for individual appointments. Actually, the one star is still too much!
Top real estate agent, very friendly, very professional, very down-to-earth, honest, which cannot be said of many real estate colleagues. Very appreciative of the punctuality when viewing appointments despite difficult Friday traffic in Munich. This makes property buying a pleasant event.
