Unfriendly to the power of 3, there is no question of customer orientation here! You are even snapped at because you called to clarify any open questions. I understand very well that these are hectic times and have been dealing with customers myself for many years, but I've never experienced anything like this. It's a shame, because I like to buy locally, but the Kroul company doesn't see me again.

Unfriendly coworker where does not go to the KD and instead says that the job is a doctoral thesis if you ask for size and font. (3 lines freestanding font) Really a shame if you support the regional business, and would like to do without online trading ... I will definitely not order from this business!
