I have participated in many of the institute's funerals and cannot confirm the impression that its employees are neglected. They do not wear evening suits, but dark, well-groomed and perfectly appropriate everyday clothing, which is also preferred by most mourners today for this occasion. On the contrary, I have often observed how this institute is actively and imaginatively committed to realizing the wishes of its customers and especially Mr. Vogel, in his rustic, down-to-earth, natural and unhurriedly cordial manner, has an almost family connection with his customers and the mourners are authentically human can say goodbye in the hard time.
