I just went to the Kreissparkasse in KL and withdrew money. I wanted to change the € 20 for 4 € 5 bills at the counter because I wanted to give the beggar in front of the Sparkasse € 5. Said the "nice" lady to me at the counter, but this costs € 10 if you don't have your account here 😲 🤔 🤭 I'm rarely speechless 😶 Well, that's how you get money. Outrageous!

The coin machine refused all my "copper money" (defective). When I went to the counter to ask about the deposit fee (since not everything was counted) I was thrown out and was told that since I have already booked it, they can't do anything and no offer to solve the problem. Should I leave my money and my card in the machine? Very unfriendly, she just wanted to call it a day and there was no help. And I can now also pay the "coin deposit fee" twice. Not the world at 2 euros but it's about the principle. Pure service desert.

I'm not at this bank and just had a quick question. This was dismissed with laughter from the employee and her colleague. "That's why you're not at an online bank" was the only answer I got. In my opinion, this was not customer-friendly, especially since I was also interested in switching. Now I know why I shouldn't do this under any circumstances, my bank was able to help me by phone within 5 minutes with a very friendly and detailed answer.
