It's great that the landowner provides access to this space to the public and if you're into this type of thing it's a nice stop on your journey to see if you can find anything interesting.

Fossils in abundance, everyone will find something here who understands what to look out for. The board on the field provides assistance. It's great that something like this is available for free.

Once you know what you're holding, you'll always find more. Great fun for large and small collectors

The kids had fun digging and exploring!

We have found many small fossils. I think that people who can't find anything in the field simply have wrong expectations. We also simply took a few stones with us that looked like they contained something and only after cleaning at home could this be confirmed (in a few cases we were wrong). It was definitely an experience for my four-year-old son and it was a highlight on the Löwenzahn adventure trail.
