I had a question about Corona that a health department could answer briefly and they referred me to another health department because my company is not in Heilbronn. Unprofessional you need help with important things and they just hang up .. sorry is not possible in the current crisis.

Can not be reached by phone as a doctor's office or as a private person. It's understandable that at the beginning you were overwhelmed and had too few staff. But now?! Every company would be punished for such an ignorant dealings with its "customers" ... There is no telephone availability and the short times are utopian! It's not as if it was somehow important to know how to deal with a corona case. The information "outside" is ambivalent. Nobody knows what to do. One practice says go to work if you have had contact with an infected person as long as you have no symptoms (I think this is irresponsible), the other will test you at your own expense, the next one says that counts the health insurance ... wow! Disgusting. You will never find out what it really is like because even doctors cannot get through to the health department. Complete failure of the city of Heilbronn. Edith: Not a bit better even months later. Had corona cases at school. Because distance rules are adhered to so well and they are ventilated (which is a joke, as if it can be properly ventilated) everything is okay and we don't have to be in quarantine ... One case after the other follows ... yeah, it's just our health . The main thing is that schools stay open .. for what please ?! For secondary diseases and deaths? Thank you KMK and Heilbronn Health Department .. Call your colleagues in Karlsruhe or Ludwigsburg, they can certainly help. They are not so lax with everything !! You don't need to be surprised why the numbers are exploding here.
