I'm sure they have nice employees there too. But the point evaluations when determining a degree of care (our father, for example) are absolutely arbitrary and sometimes grossly untrue. If you object and want to defend yourself, the responsible employees there become cheeky, toxic and irrelevant. That's how we experienced it.

A phone call with an employee who had absolutely no idea. Forwarding to someone else was also not possible. After asking for an email address, the answer was "You can't judge that". Documents that were submitted digitally over two weeks ago have not yet been processed because they are allegedly missing. One star is still too many!
