Loving, individual care! Flexible, empathetic, without much fanfare. Reluctant in the right place, funny in the right place (both of which go together ☝️) .. Unfortunately, I had to experience a few bereavement cases, but only now we were very clear at Strätlings: all other burials only here 😌👌

Clear recommendation on our part. Very human and not looking for profit. Due to the sudden death of my mother-in-law, my partner and I were literally thrown into the deep end and dropped from all imaginable places or even misinformed by other undertakers. There was great despair in the room. After the first contact with Mr. and Mrs. Strätling, we immediately had the feeling of being understood. Since then, thanks to the loving, human and competent support, things have been going uphill despite the situation. Everything was implemented exactly according to our ideas. With a lot of advice, errands and support, some of which even had nothing to do with the actual funeral, we were given a helping hand, so that finally there was time to mourn. A bereavement announced, we were able to plan the funeral in advance. Two long-established companies frightened us off - one like a glossy brochure, the other with freezing cold. The Stratling couple are completely different: we felt in our turmoil instantly in good hands, there were conversations from person to person, not from service provider to customer. We got a lot of practical tips far beyond the scope of the actual funeral and could talk openly about the limited budget. (And yes, in the end, the bill was a whole corner cheaper than the "big ones".) We got exactly what we wanted: a dignified urn burial with a personal touch, without false pomp. As agreed, Mrs. Strätling framed the actual funeral oration with general considerations of dying as part of life; These thoroughly original texts gave the sad occasion a comforting setting, met exactly the right tone, and took everyone with them: young and old, believers and non-religious. Thank you very much for everything again on this way, dear couple Strätling!
