This gas station always has the highest prices in the area for gasoline and diesel. The friendliness of the staff is very different. Some are very friendly and accommodating, others do not have the words “good morning” and “goodbye” in their vocabulary. I feel a little stupid if these greetings are not returned. In any case, there is still a lot of room for improvement here.

Unfortunately I forgot my mask I was hoping to buy a mask at the gas station and held my sweater over my nose. Nevertheless, I was thrown out of the salesroom in a very unfriendly way by the employee. Before I could even ask about the mask, I was asked very harshly to leave. I could hardly explain myself and the lady didn't give me the time. She didn't care and she missed any humanity. Extremely unfriendly and empathetic staff there who don't seem to care about the customers. Happened on October 29, 2020 around 7:30.

Here it is a total waste of money when it comes to washing your car in the self-service car wash. The problem is the washing brushes. The handles are twisted so that you cramp when washing. You can't really wash the car with the brushes. They are worn to the minimum that you have to be afraid of the paint. Active foam would also have been nice, nothing of it was visible. I was surprised, but also happy that there was nothing going on in the car wash. Now I'm not surprised at all!

Ne cheeky this gas station 😡 one is already bent in the shop and is not allowed to go to the toilet, supposedly because of Corona this is forbidden, you also cannot go to the staff toilet. It's inhuman and humiliating. It is better to let someone pee than to help them in an emergency.

Trailer borrowed. On the way, the left turn signal failed from time to time. Previously it was said that the electrical system is not quite okay because the connector was defective recently. Trailer parked and the statement confirmed by announcing the partially failed flashing light. Deposit of 50 euros was completely withheld because there was damage. I can go back EXTRA tomorrow to find out how much I should pay extra! In my eyes, a rip-off on the customer! The maintenance lies with the owner and not with the user. A defective lightbulb is definitely not a damage, but a simple wear and tear, like any vehicle. Preferably 0 stars, but not possible here!
