Still to be recommended for 30 years now! Yes, there are fees, but I would rather have a bank with friendly and competent specialists for a trusting relationship that creates jobs in our region and strengthens the infrastructure and society than an anonymous, unreachable and perhaps marginally cheaper bank. In addition: VR Bank in Holstein has always developed further in every respect! There is excellent online banking - safe, reliable, clear, lean and fast. I myself use many products at the bank and I know they know me there. If something seems strange to an employee on my account or someone tries to do mischief, then I am sure that I can rely on my VR Bank. Just as I can rely on them when it comes to my own advancement in banking services. After short episodes in which I also had an additional account here and there, I now have everything at my VR Bank again and to be honest - as a North German and homeland, it makes me proud every now and then when I use my card somewhere pay :)

Underground bad! The treasurer does not like people. It does not matter if they are customers. It is said directly that you make the cashier work and is encouraged to delete his account. This happened pretty fast. Thus, this bank has lost me as a customer. I wish the Mr. Cashier continued success and an early closure of the office and a nice jobless. Enjoy it! You have earned it! The second chance, I have given to the lady at the desks. She just said that she can not do anything. - and, no, it is not an isolated case, look at the other reviews!

And again a customer less .... In such a customer-unfriendly behavior as the cashier conveys, one is almost forced to delete his account and look for another bank. Customers should pay here for deposit on their own account € 3.50 fees. There is no indication that you could use a possibly existing machine. Dear Tornescher, if you want to be valued as a customer, then you have been wrong here. Thank God there are other banks.
