Unfortunately very unfriendly and even hurtful after tragic family events. Even though I had invested a lot of money there. Then I switched because my account could no longer be used and the Volksbank stubbornly insisted on this nonsensical account name. No other bank has ever reacted like this, no one has kept such offensive account names after a bereavement. And that although I hadn't even officially reported it there. A little humanity couldn't hurt.

The opening times can hardly be perceived as a normal worker. Either the bank makes too late to notice or too late. Until now, I always had to do this on a vacation day if I wanted to, because otherwise I would not be able to see the opening times.
