Both cards from the joint account do not work at once. After asking in the branch, we were only told that we also have online banking and otherwise no further help, no new ones received, nothing very disappointing ...

Today I wanted to complete the legitimation for a Commerzbank current account at the counter. As stated on the form, I took my valid passport with me. At the counter it was said that a registration certificate was needed, but nothing was on the form ... Even after repeated requests that it had to be there when a registration certificate was needed, we got no further ... Luckily Commerzbank also offers the possibility of a Post-Ident procedure, at Post it was no problem at all to identify oneself with the passport ...

I was a savings bank customer for a long time and I was annoyed by the tired and arrogant manner of the employees within these palaces. The reason to switch was that I was completely over-motivated and tried to talk about accident insurance, which I didn't ask about at all and I really had to justify myself not to want it !! Since then, I've been very satisfied with Commerzbank for almost 18 years. Nothing Candideltes, completely normal handling and trying hard in the customer's interest. Online banking and home financing there. I really can't complain, this bank is my partner. I don't understand the bad rating in which some names are even mentioned - maybe sometimes it's just something to yourself !?

The young customer advisors are very unfriendly and seem very withdrawn. Don't have good manners either. I had already observed some situations with customers and had to experience for myself that they were wrong and sometimes act cheeky and disrespectful. Really a shame, in other branches a no go and after consultation not Commerzbank like: /
