Even one star is way too much. Unfriendly staff they hang up the phone when you call them. They should hire staff that are actually doing their job and being friendly is something you expect from. Someone working in such a place. And when you want to make an appointment you have to wait hours at the phone.

As a citizen of Elmshorn, I have been using the services of the town hall for years and to this day I can only report positive things - I have always felt like a customer. Whether it's early morning appointments, flexibility in the event of problems or urgent matters: tip-top! Registry office, reception, building supervision, area management, residents' registration office or traffic control - many thanks to the team. And dear mayor: Please modernize the town hall - for your team!

Unbeatable in friendliness and helpfulness! Sorry, not like that! I hope I won't have to do anything here again. The only appointment made online was kept.

Super normal, impossible as some people use their position to exercise power, whatever tone these employees use to speak to you is definitely no longer super normal, Mr. Mayor, I don't see the woman from the building supervision (Mrs. Stotz) sitting here in the right position . Very incompetent, cannot or does not want to answer the simplest questions.

Incompetence is very important here. Be it in the administration to submit the simplest applications or the "Ordnungsamt", which is unable to complain about wrong parking. Just walking in the city center is not enough!
