Have had the worst experience with Simax. The employee who sits in the office and takes all calls is rude, arrogant and makes fun of the tenants' problems. They issue you with invoices that are incomprehensible. The caretaker in my town on the very right, unfortunately and unfriendly, I've never seen anything like that. They still have to transfer my money back to me, but they no longer answer. That's why you have to do everything through a lawyer. Heartless people and especially towards students. Have increased rent throughout the pandemic. At first I liked the landlord, but now he's not the same anymore. They also think that they are in New York, on Wall Street and have to make a big business man and are too good to talk to the tenants personally. Since moving in, I haven't had my key to my security box for more than a year, because it was in a different building, for a year my lights in my bathroom didn't work and the sockets from my “kitchen” but I have the full rental price paid. Because as a student you have little time besides a part-time job and full-time study. The caretaker ignored my messages or always held me up, the caretaker takes care of it. For 1 year, until I didn't feel like taking a shower with my mobile phone. Then I write an email and instead of an apology or something else, they tell me nothing and neither does the caretaker. Then I had to send my screenshots to them so that they would believe that I was ignored and then no apology. During the corona time threatening a student with the notice period and threatening to put her out on the street because bills have not been paid that are incomprehensible and that do not even answer and answer your question, that is the bottom drawer. Out of fear you transfer the full amount because I've never had anything to do with it and didn't want any problems, then I go to my lawyer and he says it's all wrong! Within 2 weeks in October I had to look for a new apartment, move out single, work and still have my university! Heartless people. And then threaten again by email. I don't feel like going back and forth with the whole lawyer and I wrote again that they should send me back my excess money. I got a great apartment that I like for a great price. Staff are nice and very helpful.

Thanks for the great apartment I am a student and got for a small price a very large apartment and everything was decorated with bath, shower and etc.
