I have only had the best experience in this business in terms of purchasing and advice, as well as service. All investigations were carried out with the utmost thoroughness. The prices were always at a moderate level. The staff are friendly and helpful. In addition, Apollo is really very accommodating. For my part, I am not only there, but also in other branches, happy to be a customer. I can recommend the company.

Update December 2020: Apollo responded very professionally to my criticism (see below)! The branch manager contacted me directly - after I agreed to be contacted - and had my experience described again in peace. At the end of the conversation I was happy to comply with you after a "new attempt" and have now left the branch as a satisfied customer! To explain, here is my first review: Pity!!! I went to Apollo tonight with an appointment. It actually started well, the eye test was ok. Next step: choose your glasses frame: "You look at the cheap glasses, but they can't take anything". First doubts arise -> What is Apollo actually selling here. The further consultation could not take place because the employee had disappeared (we were the only customers with an appointment!) Now the choice of glasses - it gets worse: Explanation: The more expensive the better ;-) -> is clear! Demand regarding the advertisement on the door "varifocals for 70 euros" - absolutely NOT recommend the sales -> she would take the glasses for 700 (!!!) euros - oha! I ask about the home office release, since nothing more comes from the saleswoman -> does not work, reading area is only +0.5 -> but nothing is written in the ad -> "This is difficult for a layperson to recognize" - > But I can still read and there is NIX of +0.5 The hammer: at 19:25 (35 minutes before closing) we are informed very directly that the nice saleswoman has to finish work very, very punctually and now has to clean up the workshop and make the cash register. We can come back again. Documents: I should take a photo of the prices. We won't be back!

Unfriendly staff. In addition, I didn't get a notification when my glasses were ready and I had to run after everything.

Moin, appointment booked online, worked great, no waiting. Eye test went completely wrong. Right eye 100%. Left eye supposedly only 40%. Fortunately, I was given an eye test by an ophthalmologist. The result, 100% on the right, 80% on the left. Something like that is not a shame was loyal customer
