I completed a bicycle theft insurance years ago. It actually happened last month that my bike was stolen. Filed a report to the police and sent the data to Arag ... and .... "we can not provide you with any services." Before everyone says I should read the fine print. My bike was stolen on my doorstep and I would like to get back the object value of my insurance. It's that easy for me! Arag does not deliver, so now they get a star! Why do you call yourself bicycle insurance if you do not insure everyday situations? Does my bicycle have to be stolen in my own living room while I watch TV and try with all my might to stop the offender? Do you only take the damage then?
