It all started pretty well: found it on google, had very good reviews and so I booked an appointment online for the next day. Everything went smoothly. Just in time for the appointment, I received the invitation for the online room via Zoom. But then it was all downhill. As a young professional, I wanted to get advice on personal liability insurance, household effects and occupational disability insurance. This is what Mr. Dao did too. However, he did not explain how he works, how much commission he earns and that a brokerage contract is being concluded. In addition, he hardly asked me any questions about my situation in the initial interview. After half an hour it was over because he had another appointment. We stayed with the agreement that he would send me an offer for liability insurance, household effects and a questionnaire for occupational disability and that I would send the completed questionnaire to him a week later before the next appointment. Half an hour before the second appointment I received the questionnaire and the offer. In the appointment I noticed that he had sent the wrong questionnaire and he promised to send me the correct one. The offer for liability was okay in my opinion and so I commissioned him to conclude this contract. After I did not receive a report on liability or the correct questionnaire a week later, I contacted him by email and asked. I have not received a reply to this email. So I lacked the trust for any cooperation and so I terminated it. I did not receive a reply to this email either. I only received a reply to a second email in which he briefly informed me that the application for liability had been withdrawn and my data had been deleted. A reply to my first email (also automated if possible) that there is a lot to do at the moment and that you contact me as soon as possible would have been sufficient. And sending the right questionnaire doesn't take long. Ignoring several emails completely simply shows unprofessionalism.
