Unfortunately also had very bad experiences. The employees are unmotivated, unfriendly and not at all helpful. Not even able to apologize after realizing that the mistake was yours and not mine. Really sad!

If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, you will be served very friendly, so you can't complain. The problem at the moment has been made worse by a corona case and now it takes even longer before you get an appointment and you also have no chance to ask anywhere whether the online form is really received and processed. I've been waiting two days for an appointment myself. That would be really nice if something changed. Where should you park an unannounced vehicle if you don't have your own parking space at home? This is where buying a car becomes a problem.

Great service, absolutely helpful and competent employees. And friendly too. A little tip: If you are friendly towards the ladies and use the short sentences "Good morning, good afternoon, thank you, please", then things go much better. Just try it out ...
