The employees are extremely rude.

Wait time is always very long, and the workers are always very rude. Also, you can only get one roll of yellow bags per visit which is very inconvenient.

Bad experience with the regulatory office. I needed a special permit to park for 2 hours and couldn't reach the staff by phone for two days. An email was not replied to. When I reached an employee, I was only told that the application should have been made earlier.
