Unbelievable, one tenant turns off the water for the entire site with several tenants. The police officer Quack does not take action despite the request and says: the police will do nothing to open a water pipe. After blackmail by the tenant, property damage and bodily harm, the police station, which was informed in writing about the process, is not ready to do anything !!!

I was treated by two policemen and the others watched.
