Here is my personal experience report. On June 10th I commissioned a season license for a motorcycle. The admission was scheduled for June 16 at the admissions office in Gifhorn. On Sunday, June 14th I then threw all the necessary documents, including the embossed license plate, into the mailbox of the responsible service center in Braunschweig. On the day of the planned admission Tuesday, June 16, I called the service center in Braunschweig late in the afternoon to inquire about the status of my order, as I was not informed about the receipt of the documents or the result of the incoming goods inspection. On the phone, it was said that the documents were still on the way because the colleagues from the admissions office in Gifhorn had not yet returned. Therefore I was assured of a call back in the afternoon. I waited in vain for this call back. The next day I called the service center again on my own. There I was told by an employee that my documents were no longer in the house, they were already on their way to me with the DHL Express. These should arrive on the same day by 12 noon. At 2.40 p.m. I received a call that I could now pick up my papers in Braunschweig! However, since the branch in Braunschweig is only open until 3 p.m. and it was impossible for me to cover a distance of 35 km during rush hour in less than 20 minutes, I could only pick up my papers the next day. However, the checklist you sent me shows an opening time until 4 p.m. for the position in Braunschweig. With a service for 155 euros, in which the service provider or their employees are given data and important documents including an ID card, I expect significantly more information and communication. You should be allowed to assume that the employees know where my documents and data are! I also pay for a return service that ended up being a next day pickup service. In my case, there is also the fact that my license plate has already been minted by me and that I have relieved you of these tasks and, above all, the costs. Although I still paid for it. Customer service and the flow of information can still be greatly improved. Due to the lack of transparency, the incorrect information regarding the delivery of my documents and the different opening times, I deduct two stars here.

Not recommended, I registered my motorcycle through the registration service Christoph Kroschke after 3 days I picked up the license plate myself and only had to pay 170 € for the registration of my motorcycle .... just overpriced and mega unfriendly ....
