Replacing a broken garage door drive and adjusting some windows and doors worked very smoothly and we had the impression that real professionals were at work here. Ordering the spare parts (according to the photo of the nameplate) also worked very quickly and precisely, so that no extra journey was necessary. We were also treated very friendly both in the office and on site. We made a very good impression and are happy to remain customers. thanks

The roller shutters, which were very expensive and theoretically qualitative, have only been problematic since the beginning of the installation (many of them very loud, blockages, ...). The company has come several times, but has always done the minimum so that it "holds" during the guarantee period (new construction = 5 years). The problems were never really resolved. The guarantee has now expired for 1.5 years, but many roller blinds are still not working properly (noises, ...). Sometimes they don't go down and up anymore. The manager, mockingly, told us that roller blinds are like the iphone: "if it's broken, that's how it is!". But my iPhone is much cheaper and is used a lot more every day! Of course, they now offer a repair service for a lot of money. Cost proposal e.g. of more than 500 € for a complete motor replacement if only one 10 € capacitor is defective. They also say that, strangely enough, they no longer have any precise information (technical data) about the roller blinds. So the customer cannot repair something himself. The manager is very arrogant and unprofessional (wrong diagnosis, for example). Everything is just "lying" and collecting lots of money. Absolutely not to be recommended!

The Littig team has planned well and has professionally installed the conversion work for the new triple-glazed windows with solar operation for roller shutters. The deadline was met and everything was left clean afterwards. Highly recommended and gladly again.

From offer to installation a friendly and very competent appearance. Unfortunately, such craftsmen have become rare. Again any time!

Over the years, Littig recently received its fifth order from us. The on-site meeting and meeting to carry out the work was punctual and professionally competent, as was the advice. The offer was drawn up quickly. The agreed assembly date was adhered to. Both fitters worked without any loss of time, properly, professionally correct and clean. Her behavior was polite, friendly, and courteous. All of the rooms they entered were perfectly cleaned after the work was completed. All dismantling and packaging incurred were disposed of. Leave outside surfaces clean. The billing corresponded to the offer and the agreed changes. It was clearly formulated and designed to be verifiable. We are completely satisfied and recommend Littig unconditionally.
